Can excessive internal links dilute SEO signals?
Google does not provide a simple numeric threshold saying that X links "dilute" SEO.
The better question is whether excessive links make the site harder to understand or reduce the usefulness of navigation.
A page containing thousands of unrelated links can be architecturally noisy.
Prioritize contextual, crawlable and useful links.
