What Is FAQPage Schema?
FAQPage schema is a type of structured data that marks up a list of questions and answers so search engines can parse and understand their content and structure.
Google fully removed the FAQ rich result from Search as of May 7, 2026 — no site gets the visual snippet anymore. The schema still validates and is worth keeping for machine-readability, but implement it for that reason alone, not for a rich result. *(updated Sept 2026 — see the "Research corrections" note in Batch 2)*
