A page can return 200 and still have serious technical SEO problems. It could be canonicalized elsewhere, blocked from indexing, dependent on failed JavaScript, orphaned, or disconnected from the site's architecture.

Therefore, advanced technical SEO is not a checklist of errors. It is the management of the search-accessibility and information architecture of the website.
