Instead of:

"We have 300,000 duplicate URLs."

Say:

"Our URL architecture creates 300,000 alternate URLs, and a significant portion of Googlebot activity is directed toward these variants. We recommend consolidating them so crawling and indexing focus on the canonical product and category URLs."

Then explain:

- evidence;

- affected pages;

- business importance;

- recommendation;

- implementation effort;

- risk;

- expected measurement.

Executives generally need decisions and consequences, not crawler jargon.
